Ages 3* to 6
ATA Tigers
Classes for this age group are designed to fun and safe! The main focus for Tigers is learning to be better listeners, following directions, and making good choices. As kids enter school, skills learned at STA set them up for success!
Ages 7 to 12
Martial Arts Kids (MAK)
Kids in this age group are a bit older, so classes are more mature. Training that is always fun and safe, MAKs benefit from developing good habits, which make strong leaders at home, in school and in the community.
Ages 13+
Teens & Adults
Set goals, get fit, make friends and earn your black belt! Classes in this group are a solid mix of a good workout and traditional Songahm taekwondo training.
For families, train along with your Tiger or MAK! Practice together for quality family bonding. As we say at STA “A family that kicks together, sticks together!”
